Olympic Airlines flies to many of the Greek Islands, including Santorini, Mykonos, Corfu, Rhodes, Mytilini(Lesvos), Crete- Chania and Heraklion, Paros, Samos Leros and many more. If you are traveling back to Athens to catch a flight back to the US(or anywhere else in the world), I would recommend arriving in Athens at least one day early as strikes and/or bad weather could delay your flight back to Athens.

I usually recommend that visitors spend the last days of their trip exploring Athens to ensure that they do not miss their return flight.
